When you purchased your class pack, you would have received a booking code by email.
To use it, simply book your class as normal. When you get to the payment page, you’ll see a spot to enter your code.
Pop the code in, then make sure you hit Apply. Once it has applied correctly, the total will change to $0.
From there, you can complete your booking as normal.
If the total doesn’t change, double-check the code has been entered correctly and that you’ve clicked Apply before checking out.

Refund Policy
All bookings are final, and we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind.
If you can no longer make your class, you’re welcome to move your booking to another date or time with at least 2 days’ notice before your scheduled session.
This gives us enough time to offer your spot to someone else who may need it.

Your offer is valid for 2 weeks from purchase, so please book your rest before it expires. We know life gets full, but the expiry is firm and we’re unable to make exceptions — please don’t make us be the bad guy.
This offer is not shareable or transferable, which means it’s just for you, not your bestie, your partner, your mum, or the friend who suddenly “really needs a sound bath.”

While sound baths can be a wonderful part of a wellness routine, we recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare provider first. Every pregnancy is different, what's appropriate for one person may differ for another and your healthcare provider is best positioned to advise you based on your individual circumstances and health history.
If you get the go-ahead from your doctor, we'd be delighted to welcome you to a session.

A sound bath is a deeply restful experience where you lay down, get cosy, and let the sound do the work.
Using instruments like crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, the room fills with layered sound and vibration to help your body soften, your mind slow down, and your energy settle.
You don’t need to know how to meditate, clear your thoughts, or do anything perfectly. You simply arrive, settle in, listen, and give yourself permission to stop for a while.

No prior experience is required to attend a sound bath. It is accessible to everyone, regardless of their meditation or relaxation practice background. Participants are encouraged to find a comfortable position and simply allow the sounds to wash over them. Each individual's experience is unique, and newcomers often find it a great way to explore mindfulness and relaxation.

Yes. Sound affects the body through vibrational frequencies. These frequencies interact with your body’s natural energy fields, helping restore balance. Scientifically, sound can:

There’s no strict rule—it really depends on your goals and lifestyle. Some people attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions for ongoing stress relief or energetic maintenance. Others might go monthly or just as needed during intense times.
If you're using it for deeper healing (like emotional trauma, chronic stress, or energetic blockages), more frequent sessions—once a week or every two weeks—can be more beneficial.

It is recommended to bring a few items to enhance your comfort during a sound bath session. We supply a bed, blanket and pillow but you also welcome to bring your own. You may also want to have a water bottle on hand to stay hydrated. Wearing comfortable clothing will further help you relax and immerse yourself in the experience. if you have an eye mask definitely bring it along.

You are not the first and you won’t be the last. this is so normal. If you fall asleep then this is exactly what is needed. the frequencies will still work their magic and if you are snoring too loud, we will gently tap your shoulder.
