We know life happens and sometimes plans change 🤍

If you need to move your booking, you’re very welcome to reschedule with at least 2 days’ notice before your session.

This can be done from your confirmation email.

Once we’re inside that 2-day window, we’re unable to make changes to bookings.

Please don’t send us a last-minute rescheduling request hoping we can squeeze in an exception. We’ll have to say no, and we genuinely hate having to say no to you. 🥲

Keeping this boundary means we can keep things fair and consistent for everyone.

📍 Find us at Unit 112, 396 Scarborough Beach Road, Osborne Park (Westpoint Business Centre)

Enter directly from Scarborough Beach Road, driving between the coffee shop and the yellow Workwear shop.

Continue into the complex and you'll find parking right out the front of our studio. We are directly above the travel agent.

Don't forget to look up! 👀 We're located on the second floor.

We can't wait to welcome you! 🫶

While sound baths can be a wonderful part of a wellness routine, we recommend checking with your doctor or healthcare provider first. Every pregnancy is different, what's appropriate for one person may differ for another and your healthcare provider is best positioned to advise you based on your individual circumstances and health history.

If you get the go-ahead from your doctor, we'd be delighted to welcome you to a session.

You are not the first and you won’t be the last. this is so normal. If you fall asleep then this is exactly what is needed. the frequencies will still work their magic and if you are snoring too loud, we will gently tap your shoulder.

We supply a bed, blanket, pillow and eye mask but you also welcome to bring your own. You may also want to have a water bottle on hand to stay hydrated. Wearing comfortable clothing will further help you relax and immerse yourself in the experience.

No prior experience is required to attend a sound bath. It is accessible to everyone, regardless of their meditation or relaxation practice background. Participants are encouraged to find a comfortable position and simply allow the sounds to wash over them. Each individual's experience is unique, and newcomers often find it a great way to explore mindfulness and relaxation.

Sound healing is known to help with:

• Stress and anxiety reduction

• Better sleep

• Emotional release

• Mental clarity and focus

• Deep relaxation

• and much more…

There’s no strict rule—it really depends on your goals and lifestyle. Some people attend weekly or bi-weekly sessions for ongoing stress relief or energetic maintenance. Others might go monthly or just as needed during intense times.

If you're using it for deeper healing (like emotional trauma, chronic stress, or energetic blockages), more frequent sessions—once a week or every two weeks—can be more beneficial.
